The New Day 1: 28th January.

Breakfast: 1 cup green tea- 0 calories

Lunch: Vegetable soup- 0 calories.
            
2 slices wholemeal bread- 192 calories.

Snack: 1 cup green tea- 0 calories.

Dinner: Weight watchers chicken curry- 360 calories.
           1 small white onion- 18 calories.

Snack: Weight Watchers Nacho Cheese Chips- 78 calories
          1 cup green tea- 0 calories.
          2 finger kit kat- 107 calories.

total: 700 calories

i have actually been such a screw up! i’ve not been sticking properly to my diet, but today i watched MTV’s ‘i used to be fat’ and it so inspired me, so today i’ve been super good, and tomorrow i’m going to join the gym :)

HEY GUYS, I AM SICK OF STICKING TO LOW FAT MICROWAVE MEALS. I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD SUGGEST LOW FAT RECIPES FOR LUNCH AND DINNER? YOU CAN EITHER MESSAGE ME OR COMMENT ON THIS. THANKS IN ADVANCE :)

Day 2: Wednesday 25th January 2012

today i haven’t been so great. was at my aunt’s for lunch so i had to go with what she was cooking.

Breakfast: breakfast biscuits (265 calories)
               a cup of green tea

Lunch: Nothing.

Afternoon Snack: A sausage roll (350 kcal)
                        A cup of everyday tea with skimmed milk

Dinner: Weight watchers ocean pie (196 kcal)
           A slice of wholemeal bread (84 kcal)

Snack: a packet of revels (bad i know!!!) (174kcal)

Calories: 1069 kcals.

No exercise, but under what my calorie intake should be
